A Berkeley “March 4 Trump” demonstration became violent on after Trump supporters were met by anti-Trump protestors a few blocks away from UC Berkeley’s campus at Martin Luther King Jr. Civic Center Park.
An estimated 200 peaceful marchers were confronted by 200 protestors after the rally started at 2 p.m. on March 4th, leaving 10 individuals arrested and 3 injured after conflict began, with aggressive actions taken up by both sides.
“March 4 Trump” rallies occurred across the country, with some demonstrations reaching thousands. The Berkeley protest was only one of four in California.
